These terms and conditions apply to the use of this Website and by accessing this Website/and or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not use or access this Website.

1. Price
All prices are in Great Britain Pounds Sterling (GBP£ Sterling).
Prices for UK & other EEC countries include UK VAT at the standard rate of 17.5%.
Goods to Non EEC countries (USA, Canada, Australia etc) are sold excluding VAT.

2. Delivery
Free Delivery to all Mainland UK addresses for orders of £10.00 or over but not exceeding 1kg in weight. Orders of under £10.00 will be charged at £1.50.
For UK Islands, Northern Ireland, and other EEC countries, a flat rate shipment cost of £5.00 per order not exceeding 1kg in weight.
Goods to Non EEC countries (USA, Canada, Australia etc) a flat rate shipment cost (‘Standard’ Air Mail Small Packet) of £7.00 per order not exceeding 1kg in weight.
Shipment cost for orders over 1kg in weight; please contact us for price.
All Goods are posted as 1st Class Royal Mail or Royal Mail Standard Parcels UK or Airmail.
There is an additional charge for Insurance, Recorded or Registered postage; please contact us for price.

We will keep a receipt of postage for all items dispatched. We will not be held responsible for items that are lost or delayed in the post unless Insurance or Recorded or Registered postage is requested and is paid.
We will send your order of Goods on the next working day of your cleared payment.

3. Payment
We accept payment Online by Credit Card, Debit Card or via your Bank Account all through PAYPAL.
Orders by post are acceptable accompanied with a Cheque, Postal Order or Bankers Draft in GBP Sterling.

4. International Orders
Tax and Duty Fees:
Your country may charge additional taxes or duties on your order when it enters your country.
You are responsible for paying any additional charges. Average international delivery times are as follows: Western Europe 3-4 days
Eastern Europe 4-5 days
Rest of the World 5-7 days

5. Completing the Contract
Upon completion of your details and the details of the Goods you wish to purchase and submitting them to us by clicking the order button online you are offering to purchase the Goods at the price shown on the Website subject to these terms and conditions.
The contract for the sale by us to you of the Goods is completed when we have taken payment for the Goods.
We reserve the right at our discretion to refuse to complete a contract for the sale of Goods at any time.

6. Mail Order
You can choose to place your order by post and pay using a Cheque or Money Order.
Please remember to add any post extras to your order if required i.e. Recorded Delivery, Registered Post or Insurance. Contact us for price before sending payment.

Cheque payments may take up to 7 working days from receipt to clear. Goods will be sent on the next working day of your cleared payment.

7. Engraved Products
Prodigy Audio Systems Ltd does not take any responsibility for spelling mistakes on engraved items where incorrect spelling has initially been supplied. It is the customer’s responsibility to supply the correct spelling or initials for items that are being engraved. Mistakes cannot be rectified after item has been engraved. If a spelling error has been made by our engravers we will arrange for a replacement of that item with the correct spelling.

8. Backorders
Prodigy Audio Systems Ltd endeavors to ship all Goods purchased promptly, usually the next working day from receiving order and cleared funds. If in the unlikely event that we are out of stock on any items you wish to purchase we will back order for you. You will be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

9. Order Questions or Changes
If you have recently placed an order via our Website and need information about it or would like to change it, there are a number of ways to contact us. Please note that changes to your order cannot be made if Goods have been shipped. 10. Defective Returns
If the item you wish to return is inoperable but has no apparent damage, it is considered defective. Goods will be accepted for return within 7 days of receipt. The Goods must be in new and unused condition and in its original packaging. If you receive defective Goods, please contact Prodigy Audio Systems Ltd for assistance.

11. Damaged Returns
Damages/shortages must be reported within seven days of receipt.
Damaged Goods include items that have been damaged in shipping. If a shipment arrives at your door with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please contact within 7 days of receipt Prodigy Audio Systems Ltd for instructions on how to return the Goods.

If you receive damaged Goods, please save all packaging material and paperwork; do not throw anything away! If you attempt to return the Goods yourself without first contacting us, you jeopardize our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.

12. Law and Jurisdiction
The contract shall be governed by English law and we and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England. If you access the Website from locations outside of England you are responsible for complying with any laws applicable to that territory.

13. Extent of Liability

13.1 We make every effort to ensure that Goods advertised for sale on this Website are described accurately. However, the descriptions of the Goods on the Website do not form part of the contract between you and us. They are designed to represent a general idea of the Goods. You should ensure that the goods which you are purchasing from us are suitable for your intended purpose. We do not give any warranty that the Goods which you purchase from us are suitable for your intended purpose.

13.2 We shall not be liable to you for any loss or damage which you suffer as a result of any breach by us of this contract, including, but not limited to, consequential loss to you/or loss or damage to the property of third parties. In any event our liability to you arising directly from our negligence will not exceed the invoice value of the Goods. Nothing in this clause will limit our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence. This clause does not affect your statutory rights.

13.3 We make every effort to ensure that this Website is free from viruses or defects. However, we cannot guarantee that your use of this Website or any Website accessed through it will not cause damage to your computer. It is your responsibility to provide adequate protection for your equipment which you use to access this Website.
